After including a glossary your course participants will get a corresponding link in the section General on the right within the course.

You can manage entries of glossaries by means of the corresponding link within the course or via learning resources. Texts within your course will be searched through according to the terms selected. These terms will then be highlighted. This option can be turned on or off individually.
