Help concerning personal system settings

You can see and modify your settings in OLAT, if you are logged on with the displayed user name.

General system settings

User name: This is the name you have selected when registering on OLAT. This name cannot be altered any more.

Language: This is the language OLAT is communicating with you. The language used in course contents will not be influenced. Changes concerning language will be activated only after your next log on.

Font size: You have the possibility to choose between the three pre-set sizes «Small», «Normal» and «Large» . This setting will be activated immediately.

Character set used in download: Here you can determine how you want your data to be saved (download via data archiving). This concerns the download of the results deriving from tests, questionnaires or courses. Pre-set is ISO-8859-1. If your tests or questionnaires contain e.g. Arabic characters you have to select UTF-8 here.
